Terms of sale
Last updated: 6 September 2026.
1. Seller
DaysNotWeeks is operated by Pablo Campelo, established in Spain. Address: Calle Santos Ovejero, 24008 León, España. Contact: jsvfv28@gmail.com. Tax ID (NIF): 71472488B.
2. Product and price
DaysNotWeeks Launch Edition is a digital source-code product supplied electronically. The launch price shown at checkout is €29 as a one-time payment. The checkout page states the amount payable before the order is placed. Any taxes that must legally be charged will be handled according to the applicable tax configuration at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery
After Stripe confirms payment, the buyer is redirected to a private delivery page. The download endpoint verifies the paid Checkout Session again before serving the source archive. Access is tied to the purchase and may not be shared as a public download link.
4. License
The purchaser may use, modify and deploy the DaysNotWeeks-specific code in commercial end products. The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or make the purchased package itself available as a standalone boilerplate, template, source-code bundle or competing source product.
Open-source and third-party components remain governed by their own licenses. Their copyright and license notices must be preserved where required. Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted directly by those third-party licenses.
5. Digital-content withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer law provides a withdrawal period, the buyer is asked at checkout to expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once performance begins through access or download, the right of withdrawal may be lost where the legal requirements for that exception are met. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over these terms.
6. Refunds and defects
Our refund policy is incorporated into these terms. A refund or other appropriate remedy may be provided when the product cannot be delivered, access cannot be restored, or there is a material technical defect that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time. A simple change of mind after digital access or download is not eligible for a discretionary refund where the statutory digital-content withdrawal exception validly applies. This does not limit statutory rights regarding conformity, remedies or withdrawal.
7. Acceptable use and redistribution
You may not use the delivery mechanism to facilitate unauthorized redistribution, circumvent payment verification, or publish purchaser-only source files as a boilerplate or template for third parties.
8. Availability and warranty
The product is supplied as source code and documentation. Except for rights and guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, no promise is made that the code will fit every project, third-party service configuration or future framework version. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing, testing and securing their own deployments.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential business losses is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Any mandatory rules on jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
